How can I: Mux AC3 & MPEG2, Authore menu’s and make a IFO & VOB file?

I have got a few questions, if someone could help me I would be very happy.

1. If my Divx Movie that I want to convert to a DVD has AC3 sound, how can I export it to a sound file?

2. How can I Mux the AC3 & the MPEG2 file (Created with tmpgenc) togheter.

3. Then I want to make a menu for the move, add chapter selections (using my own background buttons etc.) etc.etc. and export it to IFO & VOB files.

4. Is it also maby possible to add a subtitle to the movie?
