ReMpeg2/1 Vob at a time

I ripped a movie
stripped all the extra languages
and it's just a tad too big for a DVD-R.
So I decided to just run 1 of the VOBs through
ReMpeg2 instead of all of them.
It worked fins and remuxed back into the original VOB with IFOEDIT.
BUT at the very beginning there is a flash(1/2 second) of green pixels and then all if fine after that.
It's a Warner Bros. DVD so I didn't do the 1st VOB because of the
Studio Logo messing up ReMpeg2.
Anyone know how to get rid of the green pixels or a better way to run all but the 1st VOB through REMPEG2?

Why reempg when you can have it splitted to 2 dvdrs with the original menu and all extras? dvdrs are cheap now, less than 1.00 a piece... go here for more info.....

the pixels you are describing are a known problem with Rempeg. Only does it on some dvds.
