DVD media problems

I'm having problems with jittery pictures on dvd playback , i think it's the the cheap media at fault White label X2 68p each. Which is the best media to buy and from where? UK only cheers

Unbranded at cd-rmedia.co.uk are very good,seem to play on anything,about £1 each,2x,next day delivery.
