DVD specifications ???

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can find the specifications related to DVD's? For example, the structure of VOB and IFO files?

I have been playing around with the freely available utilities for VOB and IFO file manipulation and they don't seem to be able to do what I want to do.

Stuff like: multiple titles, modifying VOB's at the chapter level (substitute, add, remove), generation of empty menu VOB's...

I guess I will have to write my own utilities...
