I tried to view a DVD+RW in 2 DVD players but only 1 worked. Why?

My first time using DVD X COPY program and I burnt disk 1 using the DVD+RW that came with the sony 500a drive. One of my DVD players could not see the DVD but another one worked fine. What is the solution to this problem please?

The best way is to contact 321Studio.com
I have bought DVDCopy 3.0 from them a year ago and it's doesn't worth a penny. I would never recommend buying anything from them nor using DVDxCOPY, just like I have DVDCopy and it's a piece of crap. I bet that they don't even have an answer for you right?

Maybe it's your dvd player doesn't support DVDRW disc, check with the manual to see if it does

Actually the problem was with the drive firmware in the Apex player. My other players work fine. And the DVD X Copy is a great program (Version 1.3). I have copied 6 DVD's perfectly with this program. The procedure I have used is to copy using RW's and then if everything works then to redo with R's with DVD X Copy or to use DVD Decriptor to copy each RW to the final R. This way any macrovision is stripped off by DVD decriptor where DVD X Copy does not remove macrovision so as not to piss off the movie studios anymore.
