Multi language VCD How???

    I found a way to do this but i'm trying to do it.
    The tools used are TMPGEnc and BBMPEG(AVI2MPG2). In the article they say that it is for Adding a 2nd Audio Stream to Your (S)VCDs but the problem that i have three audio track...

        Yes, as I mentioned previously (your original posted question specified VCD, NOT SVCD): "The VCD standards do not support multi-stream audio (although SVCD does support dual audiostreams)."

        It does, in fact, require ONLY TMPGEnc to accomplish dual audio on an SVCD:

        File>>MPEGTools>>Multiplex
