Burning files from my computer to DVD

    Hi,

I was wondering what I need to do in order to burn files that I have downloaded on my computer to DVD's? I have downloaded some wrestling matches from KaZaa and WinMX and I want to make my brother a DVD, but the files are .avi and .mpg files, and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a way I can convert them in order to burn them and be able to view them on a DVD? Thanks.

    Hi.
That's a tricky question, since the DVD reads *.vob-files.
Allthough, with the mpg-files you have, I'd suggest that you make a VCD instead, since that also will work on most DVD-players.
    Cheers.

I saw on another post where someone was having problems with creating a DVD and someone told him to find a DVD that contains any 0 byte .VOB and rip that .VOB then rename that .VOB to "Video_ts.vob". Does anyone know if that will work for my situation? Thanks.
