Help with DVDit!

I'm trying to author a DVD with DVDit! PE but once I try to 'create' the disc and the program starts converting the files it just shutsdown and gives me a "Build Failed: Unknown Error (BRErr, 1)" message.
Has anyone encountered this error before because Sonics support forum has been of no help thus far.

I also get an "unknown error" about 25% of the time when building -- no information, no clues, simply "unknown error". That's some of the most pathetic exception handling in commercial software that I've ever seen. Wish I could help you with your problem, but it's kind of tough when the error is unknown.
