is there someone who knows and uses this program??

i just need to know witch kind of subtitle-format this program supports.. can't find it in help or anywhere..

and also:
go to http://www.divxsubtitles.net/
download a subtitle there.. anyone..
how do i convert this "text-based-subtitle" to import and use in a dvd-authoring program.. for ex dazzle...???
