    Dts Audio Dvd Encoding

    Hello people,

I am using Cubase SX and wanted to know how best to go about encoding my files in DTS 5.1 surround sound from my hard drive to DVD. I only need audio but understand there is the possibility to add optional content such as short video clips and photos. Any help will be much apreciated.

    Regards

    howdy,

    I'm encoding my dvd movies in ac3 3_2ch (5.1)

once i've got 6wav sources, i then use sonic foundry soft encode 1.0 to encode the 6 waves into 1 ac3 file.

Once u've got ur ac3 source, u'll need to use some software that is ac3 compatible, i use SpruceUp, basic but works for me for my minidvds

    or

use besweet to trancsode your wav file into 5.1 ddwav but for that u'd need a 5.1 source.

    hope that helps
