mpeg2 to vob

is there any way to convert my mpeg2 (720 by 576 / 25 fps/6000 kb per sec) files to vob so they can be burnt to dvd?
typicalyl they're about 200mb in size and would be good if they could end up as chapters

You have to use authoring software, such as DVD-Wise or similar...
