Need Help: Ifoedit, Instant copy method..

Hi wise friends...
I need some help here.

I have DVD-9 which is more than 6GB.
The VOB, ifo info is like this, like other DVDs.

VTS_01_1.vob
VTS_01_2.vob
VTS_01_3.vob
VTS_02_1.vob .................687,080
VTS_02_2.vob
VTS_03_1.vob
VTS_03_2.vob
VTS_03_3.vob.
along with necessary ifo & BUP files.
VIDEO_TS.ifo
VTS_01_0.ifo
VTS_02_0.ifo
VTS_03_0.ifo


Now after going thru all the VOB files I found out that VTS_02_1.vob has some stuff that I dont need. Those are "ad, coming soon, directors comment etc". I used VOBedit to break it into various VOBs.
Now I got 3 baby VOB file from main "VTS_02_1.vob"
VTS_02_001.vob
VTS_02_002.vob
VTS_02_003.vob

I found that there is a menu which is connected to last two two baby VOBs. SO I used
1> Ifoedit-->menuExtra...to get rid of that two set of menus.
2> Deleted VTS_02_002.vob & VTS_02_003.vob. Because I dont need it and no other menu will point to this TRAILERS (menu deleted in step 1).
3> Renames VTS_02_001.vob -->VTS_02_01.vob.
That means this new vob file is shrinked from
687,080---> to 55852................[Ah what a saving..]
4> Ifoedit--> Used VOBextra to fix the navigation pack.
5> Ifoedit--> "get vts sector " to correct the sectors.

Now when I bring this set to Instant Copy, it refuses to write; it
comes with error in 2 minutes
Error: "List Index out of Bounds(2)"

Please tell me what I might missed in the whole process.
