m2v question

Upon updating to the newest version of DVD Decrypter, I didn't realize that I had to reset the settings, and my m2v files was spit into multiple .99 GB m2v files. Is there a simple way to join those together to make a single m2v file. I don't need to shrink the resulting file since it is less than 4GB total, so I didn't want to have to go through the dvd2avi/vfapi/CCE route.
Can anyone help???
