Is it possible to split one long title on a DVD into chapters?

My son's wedding movie DVD came as one long (~2 hours) title, so we can only watch the whole thing. Is it possible to split this title into chapters and create a new DVD where you can jump from chapter to chapter?

Any help will be much appreciated.
