4.37 gb is max to dvd-r is this correct??

HI

i created vob files from 2 mpeg files(same video just on 2 cds) using ulead moviemaker.
the folder i made to create the vob files says in propties it 4.37gb

will this fit on to my dvd-r??

also in NERO 6 i see all i have to do is move over the video_ts files into the folder in nero 6 under dvd-video i belive, and same goes for audio_ts CORRECT??
