VCD's to DVD's (not dvd to vcd)

I can get a deal on a whole lot of L Femme Nikita episodes on VCD-- But want to convert them to DVD+Rs ...I see a whole lot of info on DVD TO VCD but how you do the reverse? Is there a good prog to use?

You need to convert the vcd to a dvd file use something like tmpgenc to do the converting, them if you use Ulead DVD, you can make them into a dvd

here's what you need to have:

1. TMPGenc
2. SpruceUp
3. any burning software (ie NERO)
