    how to remove/block chapter autocreation

when importing a dvd or movie file into dvd movie factory 2

very irritating to import a 20 minute dvd and end up with 25 chapters that can't be removed

I've tried going to the add/edit chapters but that only allows you to put MORE chapters in, not take any out

    1) Try using "TMPGEnc DVD Author" (different than TMPGEnc) or "DVDLab instead

    2) What kind of DVD is only 20 minutes in length?

      1) trying to make dvd mf2 work first before trying other software

      2) trying to put several home movies captured from vhs onto a dvd, rediculous the amount of chapters mf2 is trying to put in

Movie Factory provides "automatic" menus. As a result, you get a separate Title item on the Main menu for each and every clip on the timeline. So, if you've got a video put together with 50 clips, you get 50 Titles, and an icon for every one. Very limiting, and very frustrating, and I know of no way to override that behavior in the software.

PS "Chapters" are submenu items of Titles.
