Hi i was wondering how can i create a dvd background say a jpeg file for a dvd menu using the actual video clip say an avi file what programs can do this plz help
Once you've converted the video to a DVD-compliant MPEG-2 file, "TMPGEnc DVD Author" (different than "TMPGEnc") will allow you to choose either a static image or active portion of that file for menu background...
