Need info on DVD writing software

I just picked up a DVD+RW and i need suggestions on a good burning software program.
I need it to be able to copy the full DVD with all the menu's, chapter selection ect... just like the original DVD and be able to play the burned copy on my stand alone DVD player.

What program/programs do i need that will do this?

P.S. I've seen a couple of terms that i don't know the meaning of.
The drive i got can burn "DVD+R 4X" "DVD+RW 2.4X" "DVD-R 4X"
"DVD-RW 2X" What is the differents beween the "+" and "-"?

some burners burn minus.
some like plus.
some like both.
Just different media and burners etc. Some dvd players only like some also.

As for software I use DVDShrink to re-encode and use either Nero or Clone to burn out.
