    Smartripper audio problem!

I Need help with Smart ripper, can you help ? I got the video file out(.m2v) It plays ok in Spruce Maestro, but the audio file smartripper made was not , even though it was id'd as 48khz 16 Bit PCM. Sound forge plays out the file as a long garbled hiss.

Got me buggered? Can any one lend some advice?

Do not use stream processing in Smartripper. Extract you required content as .vob and demux them in dvd2avi.

    Other option is lengthy one.
convert ac3 file to wav with azid (besweet) then convert
wav file into ac3 with Sonic Foundry Softencode.
