Ok!
I smartripped a whole DVD (Swordfish, region2) to the hard drive: 7+Gb.
Once on the hard drive, I smartripped again, only the movie, stream processing the video and 1 audio tracks.
From the orginal movie size (5+GB) I end with 3.70Gb.
Since movie fits into a DVDR, I wonder:
1) What shall I do now with those smaller .vob files ripped from the first rip? The bigger is just 800Mb when it's usually 1Gb. I assume they don't fit the video_ts standards...
2) Can I rip the menus to use it to launch just the movie or shall I create new menus from scratch?
3) How will other options behave with just the movie and 1 audio track ripped?
4) What if I want to add an extra to the whole project, like a trailer or an interview, to get closer to the 4.7Gb and link to it from the menus?
5) If movie was vts_02_x, I guess I need to rename it to vts_01, right?
Thanks!
