When you say "Copy", do you actually mean "Rip"? Or, did you "Capture" the TV show with a capture device or standalone recorder? If you already have DVD compliant files (VOB, mpeg 2), you can use a program called "TMPGENc DVD Author" (different from the regular TMPGENc) to create menus and chapter points too. If you use DVD Shrink in “Re-author mode, you will not retain functionality of the menus.

"Where do i get TMPGENc DVD Author?"

We create the best video software encoder, DVD/Blu-ray/AVCHD authoring software, and MPEG lossless editing software.

        "Is it easy to use?"

        I personally think so.

Then you may have to encode them with the regular "TMPGEnc" program (different from TMPGENc DVD Author) in order to produce "DVD Compliant" mpeg 2 files. Use the "Project Wizard" templates in order to accomplish the task. Just out of curiosity, when you ripped the original disk to your HD, it should have given you an already DVD file structure (.IFO, .VOB, .BUP). You can open an entire DVD and retain the exact chapter information, and then proceed to edit the menus if you like. If you get an error message like (GOP structure too long or similar message) just ignore it and proceed on.
