TMPGenc DVD Author "Invalid Unit number"

Recently I started getting an error message after using TMPGenc DVD Author to burn the disk. "Invalid Unit number" This happens at the finalizing stage. The DVD can be played in the computer but not in the Settop dvd player. This occures occasinally only, not always. But the result is I am having so many coasters. I am using the registered version of TDA with latest updates. If any body can give me some information about the problem and how to solve it, will be of great help

If this means something other than, "I purchased it", this may be the cause of your problem...

Please some body help me. Because I like to use TDA to burn the DVD. If I use nero to burn TDA made VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS file it is ok. Therefore the problem is the DVD burning process only. If any one any suggestions let me know
