Problem with TMPGEnc DVD Author

I've been using TMPGEnc DVD Author, but sometimes, when I try to add DVD File from a DVD RAM (VRO File) I get 2 error :
"Could not initialize decoder"
And
"The video sequence header is incorrect"
A video sequence header is necessary for every GOP in a standard DVD.
Could you help me ?

While in "TMPGEnc DVD Author", click on the "Help" dropdown menu and enter "DVD RAM"...
