TMPGENC DVD Author 1.6 shut down automatically

I got a problem when I do the last step of the authoring process. All preparation work has been done according to instructions, but when I push the button "begin output", TMPGENC shuts completely down immediately. What can be the reason for this?
The version I use is: 1.6.26.73

Since the time you purchased the software, have you been able to successfully create output?

Have you tried to uninstall the re-install TMPGEnc DVD Author?

Yes, I did it with Windows XP Software removal, but I know this does not work by 100%.
