I have a number of AVI files, which have FPS rate of 23.976, 25.00 and 29.97.
I know that in tmpgenc there are two dvd settings that allow for frame rates of 25 pal and 29.97 ntsc, as 23.976 is also ntsc, I use the ntsc setting in tmpgenc but find that tne end video is very jittery. How can I do a frame rate conversion on the 23.976 to 25.00 so that I can convert it as PAl.
