Add subtitle - Custom DVD?

Hi there, i have a problem, it may look like this thread:

Add Subtitle

Im getting that ugly Foggy green text on my standalone player too. But in my particular case, i have a custom DVD (means that i made mine from a AVI file), so the only colors i can get is the first four Ifo colors anyone have a solution for this?

any help would be great.

Ok i found out How to do it... but i think it's when i convert the Subtitles From SRT 2 SUP. anyone know how to make subtitles that looks good? mine looks like this:



The first one is the original version, and the second one is mine. can anyone say what i do wrong out from these settings:
