So hi there,
let's start brom the end:
I want to create a 6ch ac3 file.
And here is the tricky part:
The source is a bunch of wave files, 6 to be precise.
If there is a way to convert those 6 mono 16 bit 48 khz wave files in any way to a 6 ch ac3 or at least a 6ch wav in order to convert that to a 6ch ac3, please tell me.
I tried the following (among many many other things that did't work)
There's a programm by microsoft to crate a non-audio avi with x-ch of audio. so i created a avi out of my 6wav.
demuxed the audio to a wav file and tried to input it to besweet. -> incorrect input.
tried some other nearly similar ways still won't work.
I know that there is probably a tool around to create ac3, if you got about 1000 $, but i want to do this with freeware only stuff.
