    Looking for DVD burning software

I'm looking for software to burn DVD's (DVD Video Format) with.
Here is what I want it to be able to do:

    - Burn AVI files that use the DivX and XviD codec
    - Have good possibilities for making menu, with many options
    - It should be able to burn the video files without any cutting, and have the choice between 4:3 and 16:9 (Widescreen) and if the file is larger than 16:9 I want it to cut the picture, not resize it so it becomes too low
    - Encode it good, so the DVD don't get "choppy", or having interlacing problems (when the picture splits up in lines)

The video files I'm gonna burn is mostly like 640x480, with 23 fps.

Hope I can get some good advice to what program I'm looking for

Try using TMPGEnc and TMPGEnc DVD Author.

First use TMPGEnc to convert the movie files to a compatible .mpeg file.

Second use TMPGEnc DVD Author (A different program than TMPGEnc) to create a properly structured compliant DVD with menus, etc.

Both programs can be downloaded at the bottom of my post.

      But just about that program:

What interlacing settings should I use, and it will have no problem with increasing the video from 23 fps to 25 fps?

EDIT: The video becomes choppy. Why?
