Burned DVD plays on my PC but not on my DVD Player

Hi,

I converted 3 movies which were originally in avi format into DVD format using VSO DivXtoDVD software and then used Nero Express to burn them on recordable DVDs (Benq DVD+R). All three play on my PC but only one on my DVD Player (Toshiba SD-V392). The DVD player gives error reading the other two. Can any one tell me what could be the cause of this.
