Copying from DVD-R to another DVD-R - easiest way

Hello,

I would like to copy the content on a DVD-R to multiple DVD-Rs (x10). What is the easiest way to do this? Is there some software/freeware that can do this for me,

(It is very hard to successfully make a copy of a copy if the original copy was burnt to cheap low quality media.)
