    m2v,m2a error"too many frame drops"

hello everyone,i'm having problems with ifoedit and really need some help, after using advanced x converter to convert my AVIs to m2a and m2v (which i might add was the for the longest time i've ever known)ifoedit gives me these error message, now i've been to a couple of sites and read faqs & all that, the same suggestion was put forward, change the bitrates(which one m2a,m2v?)
somebodys gotta know how to ? or if their is a proven s/ware for avi-dvd or others to dvd please suggest.
i've tried with smaller avi (30,60 Mb)and they don't have this problem

    having problems with ifoedit

my guess is its ntsc, ifoedit has probs with that cause of the fps, just use REJIG. its free and easy to use. pretty much same as ifoedit, just be sure to put position to ntsc in the drop box.
