any ways to join 2 DVD & get the out copied to 1 dvd ?

i was wondering if there is a way to joing, combine 2 DVDs and get the out put on 1 DVD ? i mean lets say a film has part 1 on 1 dvd & part 2 on another dvd, is there a program that will allow me to join or combine these 2 DVDs ? so tht i can have both parts on 1 dvd rather than 2
