a) Can anyone (hopefully) explain what the Constant Quantization effect means in MC. i.e if I select 5 as the value, how does it calculate the bitrate and does it have any relation to the Max bitrate value.
b) How does the "Auto GOP" settings effect the results of encoding, i.e if I select "fast" or "VCSD", does it improve quality....in layman terms.
