Till now only have two features caused me problem.
Allow me to explain what I did for the procesdures:
1.) Ripped from disk with DVD Decrypter V. 3.5.2.0
2.) Trim VOB files with Chopper XP V. 2.7
3.) Rename files to VTS_01_00n.VOB and join the files together
with VOBEdit V. 0.6.
4.) Run the IFOEdit v. 0.971 to create IFOs.
Till now everything runs well without glitch.
In order to run DVD Shrink (v.3.2.0.15), the created VTS_01_0.IFO was opended and runthroug "VOB Extras" with Strip Stream's, Strip VobID's, Correct Vob-Unit, Correct original IFO files, and Create new IFO files selected, as well as another directory designated for Destination directory.
With both Audio and VobID all checked in following Stream List screens, the new VOB files and IFO files were created in the destination directory. However, the created VOB files do not contain any audio while play it individually with "Open media files" or with "Open DVD file on Hard Disk Drive" (PowerDVD). The problem only occur with two feature films when both were too short and additional short feature were trying to added together.
Any idea as how the audio disappear, and how to correct the problem? I could just keep the 3.5+GB feature as what it is with the IFOEdit Created IFO files. But I do not think the disk would play in normal player since DVD Shrink would not read unless the VOB and IFO files being stripped with VOB Extras?!
Have read some of members have problem not getting Audio during DVD Shrink preview. I wonder if their Stripped VOB files were out with Audio too?! By the way, I know that should more than one audio strem within a feature, the VOB would not have audio should one selecte to play individual VOB file with "Open media files". But one should able to have audio and selection while open with "Open DVD file on Hard Drive" of the IFO files!
