Sync Problem when burning with Ulead

I have been trying to burn to Lord of the Rings screener on DVD. I used TMPGEnc to convert it to mpg2. The file plays perfect but when I author it and burn it with Ulead DVD Movie Factory goes the DVD goes out of sync more and more as the movie plays. It starts out fine but by the end of the movie the sound is about 2 or 3 seconds behind the video. I thought if I created a TS Video folder with Ulea then burned it with Nero that that would fix it but I thought maybe its not in the burning process when the movie gets screwed up but in the multiplexing process. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions on how to fix this probably I would be very greatful. Thanks.

LIGOS IS POOR !!

HAS PROBLEM WITH SYNC !!

TRY OTHER PROGRAMS LIKE SONIC FOUNDRY VEGAS 3.0a !

It's another program

So , Vegas it's a nice video editing program,
but you're looking for authoring program,

so try other programs like:
Sonic Dvdit 2.5 PE or Pinnacle Impression dvd pro
