This is a question for anyone who uses menu shrink. There was no menu shrink forum on here so I decided to post it here. When I first rip a dvd using dvdd or dvdfab then go to shrink the menus down with menu shrink it does a fine job and everything works great. Then I use dvd shrink and dvdd to burn, and everything works fine. When I go to play the movie and the menu screen comes up is where I get my problem. Usually on dvd menu you will see selections such a Play Movie, Chapter Selection, Extras, Set Up, ETC. They are all there, but I can't see the indicator that goes over these when you use your remote to select them. Like you just see those selections, but I have to guess what one I am clicking on. It's a unusual problem I don't know if there is a way to change this or not, but I didn't start having this problem until I started using menu shrink. Any help would be greatly apprecitated.

Post your Menushrink log. What version of MenuShrink are you using? Update to the latest at the site (see my sig). What software player are you using? Does it do this with another player like Media Player Classic?

I have been using Menu Shrink all the time and have never had this problem. What titles do you have this problem with? What DVD player are you playing them on? A lot of the selections will change color or something when you select them. Some titles are tricky and use different methods. When you play the originals can you see what you are selecting without a problem in the same player?Not registered
