Hi,
Firstly hello to all, just joined the forum and already got some great info from you guys. Thanx.
Although after much hair pulling and freshly made coffee coasters I have finally managed to burn a workable dvd-r from a converted avi file. Unfortunately having dl'd a vid that is 2X AVIs i seem to have a problem inporting into SpruceUp after the file has been converted to mpg2 and joined together. The conversion process went fine with each mpg playing ok in PowerDvd, Media Player and SpruceUp, but as soon as i join the files (3.8Gig using Tmpge, VStripper, Camel to name a few) SpruceUp snags at around 50%. Playing the joined file in PowerDvd and MP will not let me fast forward past 50% as well.
Am i doing this right, is there something i missed in the conversion with Tmpge (DVD template wizard), is there a more reliable tool?
Any help welcome
