CCS Proctection Licence Required?

I heard that you had to have a license to put CCS Copy Protection to your commercial-DVD's.I am using Scenarist-Pro.

Thanks dude.But where da heck do I get the license and do you know how much it is? I am going to make a master (DLT Master) for a new movie with CCS and then I'm gonna give the original to the producer and he can have it replicated.
