Help! No surround sound in MyDVD Deluxe burn!

[Big Red Machine]

I set the default sound to Dolby Digital in the preferences, but whenever I copy in a DVDShrink file that has been copied with AC3 5.1, I get 2.1 output.

Video is good as MPEG2, but 2 channel sucks!!
