Problem Converting Joined XVID with AVI2DVD

I was trying to join two xvid files into one dvd file, using the cd1, cd2 method explained in the AVI2DVD guide, and when it is finished only the part from the first file are there. So i tried to join the two avi's in virtualdub. At first there was a weird loud noise where the videos where joined, but i took off a frame from each file where they join and did it again, and it worked very smoothly and stayed in sync and played fine. So i tried to convert this single file with AVI2DVD but again it only put the contents of the first file in the DVD. Any ideas to get avi2dvd to convert both files or the larger single file that I joined? The two files are same video/audio format.

Had the same problem with joining 2 avi files. Also had problem withh cce encoder. Back to version 0.3 - OK
