    Automatic Replay?

I currently use DVD shrink to re-author my movies. With my children's 3 (or 4) episodes shows, I shrink just the shows and discard the menus and extras. This way, (when the kids insert the DVD), it automaticaly plays! It also saves the original from being scratched

I was wondering if there was a way to have these DVDs automatic replay so they (and me) are kept happy? (Besides setting up the DVD player to do this.)

For this you will have to re-author the whole DVD using an authoring program like DVD lab pro, its got a fully functional 30 days trial, try it.

I think you should be able to also do it with PGCedit, but i am not well versed with it, probably search it or wait till you get this answered here.

      1-Open your DVD with PgcEdit
2-Click on the last title on the left panel
3-Double-click on "Exit" from the Post Commands on the right panel
      4-Copy this command -> 30 08 00 00 01 00 00 00
5-Click on the box next to the string of hex and select "paste"
6-Click Ok and save your DVD

DVD player should now replay the from the beginning after it's finished playing the last title.

PgcEdit has a DVDShrink plugin to do that (and more) automatically. Download it on my homepage, and put the .tcl file in the plugins folder of PgcEdit. Then, use the DVDShrink Remote Buttons function. Tick the last option to loop back.

Note: I will upload a new version of this plugin... today!

          Thanks for the help!

A big THANK YOU to r0lZ!

Everything just worked fine and was very simple to do. The kids are watching it for the 3rd time through now!

And a big thanks to everyone who replied. :

            Thanks for the thanks!
BTW, v1.4 of the plugin is now released.
(But I have to fix a bug in v0.6.3 of PgcEdit!)
