Redesign Title Page

I have recorded some of my home videos on to dvd on my new dvd recorder.

The trouble is, the title page is very bland.

Is there a free program that is easy to use that I can use to redesign the title page? (Put new backgrounds, text and music on?)

Use Nero Express that will let you create your own menus..
