ATI TV Wonder PRO and ATI MultiMedia Center

Not sure what is going on but I hope you guys can help me out. I have an ATI TV Wonder PRO card (PCI Connection) and I am recording TV Shows using it and the ATI MultiMedia Center. The problem is that I am getting green lines at the top of the picture. The kind of flash around green. I took a screen shot. It only shows in the captured video and no matter what the source.

EDIT: Got a better pic of it.

Now when I use Pinnacle Studio 10 to capture from the VCR I don't get those green lines at all. Any ideas what is causing this?

    My system

    AMD 3200+
    1gb or ram
    Geforce FX5200 128mb (PCI)
    ATI TV Wonder PRO (PCI)

I thought I did, just checked and they are slightly out of date. I am updating now and I will let you know.

Updated and the problem stil exsists. If it matters I am capturing as a Mpeg 2. I should probably run the de-interlace feature also.
