nero sync vcd problem getting closer

I recently upgraged to nero 7 from 5 and have experienced sync errors when burning vcd's i disabled smart encoding and it did not seem to help any.

the weird thing is i burnt an episode of battlestar that worked no problem. I then immediately burnt an episode of boston legal that had the sync error. I have posted the details of both files and are hoping that some one can offer a reason for the problem and how to rectify it

can you post the nero burn log from the failed burn?

sure. the burn completed both times its just the boston legal ep was unsync'd. how do i find the logs? i cant remember where they live, sorry to be a dork with this!

go to local disc C/program files/Ahead/Nero/Nerohistory

use tmpgenc for encoding to VCD (free) if there is a problem with that capture ( quite possible) you can correct it with tmpgenc too --no problem if it's the same amount throughout the clip

IMO encoding with nero is a very bad business
