when i run my vobs through fixvts ,and open dvd in dvdshrink,the whole movie is in one folder - unreffrenced files?and i cant do re-author backup.

This is precisely one of the effects that FixVTS is meant to fix.
What DVD is it? Did you use the wizard all the way through? Did you process the "whole DVD"? Can you post a DVD Decrypter log please?

it was i robot,i had some other problems with,unfortunately i deleted the movie from my disk because of some problems with it,i ripped it with dvdshrink(full info on problem showthread)
but that wasnt the only movie that fixvts fixed for me that way...ill make another test,but i believe its a general thing when it comes to me using fixvts,a lot of times already happened that fixvts made all the good parts unrefferenced...Comment
