    String together videos problem

    I'm using TMPGEnc-0.11.20.98-rel1_Ver12a. The problem I've been
having, is that MPEG VX files I make with my Sony DSC-H1 digital
camera that I string together with the TMPGenc MPEG tools Cut/Join
function, and then encoded to MPEG-2 won't play properly in my Toshiba
DVD player. The screen is blank, but there's audio, although the
sound is speeded up. They will play fine, in my computer's DVD
player, though. When I just encode them without stringing them
together, then demultiplex them and put them back together with
IFOedit during the authoring process they play fine individually, one
video per DVD. If I just dump all my dvd files I create with IFOEdit
in one VIDEO_TS folder will my DVD player play them one after another?

No! You have to collect them in a compilation. The easiest tool to make a compilation of several clips is DVD Shrink in reauthor mode.
