This is perfectly acceptable. As long as the remove crap function is gone, the IFOs are pure. You still have junk in the VOBs which would be unreferenced.

Myself, I agree with nwg and dialysis1 and would let the process complete and then do my edits - because they are always extensive. But, you may wish to do it your way.

If that be the case and you do have a Titleset (Main Movie) and the FBI Warning is in there and you blank the cell with PgcEdit (the NEW feature in the viewer during Trace), you would have to re-run that titleset through FixVTS again, multiple choice ... YES or NO ?

Edit: If any other titlesets are blanked I don't need to run them through FixVTS ?

And the answer to your multiple choice question about the NEW feature in PgcEdit, is yesssssss, if you wish to reclaim the space (if you ask me on a Monday!!!).
