Is There A Method To Edit The Movie Itself

I have the movie "High Noon" after I Re-Auther, and I select only the movie usually Title 1. Once I have selected Title 1 and view the movie it has the FBI warning at the begining of the movie. My question is there anyway I can edit out the FBI warning from movie then put it on a blank DVD disk????
Any help will greatly be appreciated.
    Thanks, loomup

start/end feature should do it if it's part of the main title.
"One day men will look back and say I gave birth to the 20th Century". Jack The Ripper - 1888
    Columbo moments...
"Double Shock" "The Greenhouse Jungle" "Swan Song" FORUM RULES

Or you can use PgcEdit or VoBBlanker which are free or DVDRemake Pro which cost $

Mr. LT. Columbo, thanks for the quick response, what program should I be looking at. I look in Shrink, and I didn't see anything dealing with start/end.

the Start Frame and End Frame feature is found in Shrink, after you,ve analysed, and chosen reauthor and selected main movie.
It is a little button just above "size", with two arrows pointing left and right.
          Click on that button.
The next screen has sliders to let you decide where to start and end movie.
I assume youd like to start just after the FBI warning, so just use Start frame slider, (or the large arrow heads) to get to that point.
