I would like to backup a 4 episode DVD that came on 3 DVDs. I would like to retain the chapter markers & subtitles. The problem is that because one episode is split onto 2 disks & DVDShrink will create 2 sets of VOB's for that episode. I know how to get sets of VOB's joined together using VideoReDo but to do so will mean that I will loose the chapter markers. Is there any other way to do this?

The easiest way is to use Chapter Edit.
